Travel Team News: February Frost Tournament kicks off Honoring Georgia State Trooper Chad Lecroy
The 11U Sandy Plains Wildcats will officially dedicate their entire season to the memory of the late State Trooper Chad LeCroy, brother to teammate Jake and son of Bill LeCroy, on February 18th at the February Frost “Season Opener” at Harrison Park. For several seasons, the Sandy Plains Wildcats have coached and played the game of baseball in the local community through three simple rules: “Have fun. Play hard. Respect your teammates.” But this year is different. In Chad’s memory, the Wildcats have added a 4th rule to honor an outstanding servant, brother, father and husband: “Win with class.”
