Sandy Plains Baseball Association

Sandy Plains Baseball Association maintains mailing lists to facilitate communications by and between its Board of Directors, coaches, players and its membership. These lists are the sole property of and for the sole use of Sandy Plains Baseball Association and its membership.

Sandy Plains Baseball Association values its members and respects their privacy. As such, Sandy Plains Baseball Association has established the following policy regarding email, members' privacy, and our email mailing lists:

Sandy Plains Baseball Association does not sell, rent, barter, give, or use in any way, shape or form, email addresses that we maintain, or any other relevant information, to anyone, for any reason at any time, with the possible exception of Cobb County and/or its agencies.

Sandy Plains Baseball Association does not collect nor store any personal data, such name, address, credit card information, etc. for list subscribers. Sandy Plains Baseball Association retains each subscriber's email address, and which list a member has joined. Each and every list is independent.

Sandy Plains Baseball Association does not track whether a message we sent was opened, nor whether any links were clicked in the message.

Sandy Plains Baseball Association does not claim any copyrights on messages passing through our system.
