Board Members,

We will be meeting this Sunday for our monthly board meeting. We will be
doing something different and meeting off site. Our meeting will be at
South of the Border restaurant (Paradise Grill), starting at 6pm. They
have a private meeting room where we will have our meeting and then have
dinner. We have arranged to have separate checks for your convenience.
Let's have lots of fun, it would be great to to do something like this a
couple times a year. Alcohol comsumption is fine, however, as we will be
representing Sandy Plains, please drink (and behave) responsibly.

Committee heads, please begin looking at your budgets. We will need to
have these numbers in order for our September meeting. Rusty will send
out budget info with guidance.

Baseball committee: Mark Marine and Jeff McCracken will let you know when
your next committee meeting will be.

Everyone has done a great job the past few weeks getting us ready for the
season.
