Sandy Plains Board Members,

Due to an underwhelming response and a large # of board members that
cannot make our meeting/annual picnic this weekend, we are moving the
event to Sunday, June 27th. I'm hopeful that this will allow more of our
members the opportunity to attend this event, where we take time to
welcome our new members and pause to appreciate the efforts of our
current members.

Adam will send a follow up message some time next week with full details
and a request to RSVP, please take 10 seconds to respond to his note, as
it is helpful for us to have an accurate headcount for catering purposes.
Barely 25% of our members bothered to respond to Adam's last request.
